    Delivery & Returns

    Delivery

    Your Society has partnered with Jersey Post and Guernsey Post to deliver our online food service between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Excluding bank holidays.

    We operate on an order today, deliver tomorrow basis to ensure customers receive their orders as quickly as possible to maintain the freshness of their shopping.

    Orders placed before 10:00pm will be scheduled for next day delivery, any orders placed after 10:00pm will be scheduled for the following days picking and delivery the day after that. 

    There is a standard delivery charge of £5 across all orders.

    If there is no one home to receive an online shopping order. The order will be returned to store and an email will be sent. Please let us know if you would like to re-arrange a delivery or collection.

    At this time, all orders will be delivered in our green trays to help reduce the use of plastic bags.

    All green trays will need to be kept safe until Jersey post return to collect.

    Jersey Post will collect these trays upon delivery of your next order. Alternatively, you can leave the trays outside your door to be collected by any Jersey Post postal operator.

    Should you wish to return these trays as soon as possible, you can do so by visiting any of our Co-op stores.

    Returns

    We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. After you have received your order, you have the right (except for certain items, which are listed below) to return goods and or faulty goods in accordance with our store returns policy.

    Unless of poor quality or faulty, it is not possible to return baby food and milk, goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly including frozen or other perishable food, drink or flowers,  CDs, DVDs, audio or visual software where the seal has been broken.

    Any refund due will be credited to your payment card within 3-5 working days.  If you are returning items to one of our stores, you will be required to bring evidence you ordered the items you are trying to return.  You must also bring the card you used to place your order.
